Access to krkiya is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or older. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds returned, minus any bonus amounts already wagered.
Each player may hold only one registered krkiya account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. krkiya reserves the right to close all secondary accounts and void any associated winnings where multiple accounts are detected for the same individual.
All financial transactions on krkiya must be conducted through the player's own verified payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Third-party payment transfers are not permitted under any circumstances.

Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, money laundering, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on krkiya. Accounts found in breach of these rules will be permanently closed with no refund of balances.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and krkiya ("krkiya", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at krkiya.vip (the "Platform"). By registering a krkiya account, accessing the Platform, placing any bet, or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the krkiya Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the krkiya platform and close your account. Continued use of any krkiya service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The krkiya platform is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity offered by krkiya. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
krkiya operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player may be under the age of 18, the relevant account will be suspended pending verification. If age verification fails, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned to the verified payment method of origin, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited.
Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law are not eligible to use the krkiya platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using krkiya is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.
Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered krkiya account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where krkiya identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual (based on device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or personal information), all secondary accounts will be closed immediately. Balances held in secondary accounts may be forfeited at krkiya's sole discretion.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date thereafter. krkiya is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account details provided by the player. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your krkiya Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. krkiya will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
krkiya operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to ensure the integrity of the platform. krkiya may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account relationship, including but not limited to: upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent behaviour.
Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Acceptable proof of address documents include a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence no older than three months. Proof of payment method may also be required — for example, a screenshot or confirmation of an active bKash or Nagad account registered in the player's own name.
krkiya reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and, in cases of non-compliance with KYC requests, to close the account and return the verified deposit amount, pending satisfactory identity verification. Any bonus winnings accrued during a period of unverified account status may be withheld.
krkiya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing times are displayed within the krkiya account cashier at the time of transaction.
Players may only transact using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to a third party — including family members — are prohibited. Where a third-party payment is identified, krkiya reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse the transaction, and conduct a full KYC review before permitting any further activity.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the krkiya payments team subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. krkiya targets sub-60-second processing for mobile money withdrawals via bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution. krkiya is not responsible for delays attributable to the player's payment provider or bank.
All krkiya account balances, bets, wins, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). krkiya does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which krkiya accepts no liability. Currency conversion fees may apply where a payment is initiated in a currency other than BDT.
From time to time krkiya offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise at the point of offer, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. krkiya reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where a player is found to have exploited bonus structures, employed irregular betting patterns, or otherwise acted in bad faith with respect to any promotion.
Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse krkiya's bonus and promotional offerings — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a return regardless of outcome, or engaging in coordinated bonus harvesting — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. krkiya may cancel affected bonuses, void related winnings, and permanently close implicated accounts without prior notice.
All bets placed on the krkiya platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game lobby or betting section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.
krkiya uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all virtual games including slots, bingo, and jackpot products. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are subject to those providers' respective game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, krkiya's technical logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.
krkiya reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or where the result was already known at the time of placement ("late betting"). Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. krkiya may impose individual account betting limits where unusual or potentially harmful betting patterns are identified.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krkiya platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:
All content on the krkiya platform — including but not limited to the krkiya brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of krkiya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the krkiya platform without prior written authorisation from krkiya. Any unauthorised use of krkiya intellectual property will be subject to legal action.
krkiya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at krkiya.vip/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the krkiya platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. krkiya uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

krkiya's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. krkiya does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
The krkiya platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, krkiya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever practicable.
krkiya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — krkiya will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights, or updates to reflect new product features — may take effect immediately upon publication to the Platform. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the krkiya platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. krkiya encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally and promptly.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being submitted to krkiya in writing at [email protected], both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. The decision of the appointed arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
